GSN85-18K-OS with table size 85mm gear ratio 1:18 and open loop stepper motor. It retains the ease of use of a stepper motor, while also allowing for highly accurate positioning of large inertia loads.

2. Introduction

Gears are made of high strength carburizing alloy steel and the hardness of the tooth surface after carburizing can reach HRC60±2°.

With the help of packaged precise open loop stepper motor,it can make segments at any angle, which can meet the digit control that the cam indexer cannot achieve. The positioning accuracy is comparable with the direct drive motor which can realize the positioning of the inertia load in a short time.
