XXY-stage is a common alignment module with three degree of freedom(DOF), X Y and Θ, which is utilized pervasively in the manufacture of Semiconductor, TFT-LCD Display and PCB. Since it is the most compact and cheapest method to achieve micrometer-level alignment and can accommodate large panel with table size up to 1500X1500mm.
